    Managers of a regional or local sub function of sales e.g. Territory Sales etc., usually managing a small team as First Level Line Manager. Responsible for driving the sales operations plan and for achieving agreed sales and broader performance targets for their part of the organization/specific product area. Develop an effective sales team through training and coaching or management of key commercial programs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales performance and achieve targets through strategic planning and execution.
    • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Medical Representatives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and healthcare stakeholders.
    • Manage area budgets and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and timely reporting of all activities.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
    • Champion customer satisfaction and support successful product launches.

    Essential Requirements

    • Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales with a strong track record of performance.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
    • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer engagement strategies.
    • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
    • Commitment to ethical practices and compliance with industry regulations.

    Desirable Requirements

    • Experience in the cardiovascular therapeutic area is a strong advantage.
